ULTRA PURGE is specifically designed to clean black specs and deposits from screws, nozzles, hot runners and head of extruders. ULTRA PURGE works efficiently when changing color or doing periodic cleaning of the machines. Cleans out barrels, nozzles, hot runners, and heads of extruders from carbon remnants, deposits and incrustations. Has expanding agents to help in cleaning process. Purged Resin: PVC, EVA, PE, PP, PS, POM, etc. For Use with: Injection Molding Machines, Extruders, Hot Runners and Blow Molding Machines w/o accumulators
	Operating Temp: 374° - 608° F or 190° - 320°C Description: Best with color changes and material changes. Cleans out barrels, nozzles, hot runners, and heads of extruders from carbon remnants, deposits and incrustations. Has expanding agents to help in cleaning process. Purged Resin: PA, PC, ABS, SAN, PMMA, PET, etc. For Use with: Injection Molding Machines, Extruders, Hot Runners and Blow Molding Machines w/o accumulators
	Operating Temp: 374° - 608° F or 190º - 320º C Description: Best with color changes. Cleans out barrels, nozzles and heads of extruders from carbon remnants and removes black specs, deposits and incrustations. Specifically designed for the production of preforms and containers for the food industry Purged Resin: Specifically designed for PET For use with: Injection Molding Machines, Extruders and Blow Molding Machines without accumulators
	Operating Temp: 555° - 716° F or 290° - 380°C Description: Best with color changes and material changes. Cleans out barrels, nozzles, hot runners, and heads of extruders from carbon remnants, deposits and incrustations. Has expanding agents to help in cleaning process. Purged Resin: PEEK, PPS, PPO, GRIVORI HT, ULTEM, etc. For Use with: Injection Molding Machines, Extruders and Hot Runners
	(Concentrated Grade) Operating Temp: 284° - 500° F or 140° - 260°C Description: Best with color changes and material changes. Cleans out barrels, nozzles, heads of extruders and accumulators of blow molding machines from carbon remnants, deposits and incrustations. Has double filling of expanding agents to help out in cleaning process. Purged Resin: Works with all thermoplastics including: PVC, EVA, POM, PE, PP, etc. For Use with: Extruders and Blow Molding Machines with accumulators.
	Operating Temp: 338º F -572º F or (170º C - 300º C) Description: Ultra Purge is a specially designed cleaning compound that comes premixed and ready-to-use in pellet form. It cleans black specks and deposits from screws, barrels, nozzle, hot runners and heads of extruders when doing periodic cleaning or when changing color for all thermoplastics. Purged Resin: Works with all thermoplastics including: HDPE, LDPE, PP, (PS), Polyolefinic resin
